Podcast Production Manager

Job Description – Podcast Production Manager

Frame Change is an innovative education services provider designed to transform and support school districts and K-12 education professionals nurturing and educating underserved students. Frame Change empowers communities, school districts, administrators, and educators to transform their classrooms, schools, neighborhoods, and the world.

Frame Change is looking for a reliable and motivated individual who can edit podcasts, interviews, and video content. Our goal is to provide you real, on-the-job experience that you can use to be competitive in the job market at the completion of this internship. This position is great for an individual who wants to learn and experience hands on training with a fast-paced start-up. Excellent opportunity to gain experience working with a social impact virtual organization.
 
Minimum Qualification
·        You have some experience from media production and project management
·        You have knowledge of both audio and podcast pre-production, production, and post-production, including processes, equipment, and software
·        You have excellent problem solving and organizational skills
·        You have outstanding oral and written communication skills
·        Experience within the podcast space is a plus
 
The Podcast Production Manager Is Responsible For:
·        Working with the production team via messenger to collaborate on the most important tasks.
·        You will create audio and/or video content and edit to distribute on digital platforms. 
·        Your voice will always be considered, and your creativity will be encouraged as you work through each assignment.
·        Once completed, you will upload the finished content for team review.
·        If the content passes internal QC, we will have you upload it to the proper platform. We produce weekly content, so you will need to be comfortable working under tight deadlines. However, this is often the case since we will get you the content well before it is due.
·        Have the potential to deliver audio programs and videos that succinctly and clearly tell the desired story
·        Ability to deliver videos and audio with cuts, graphics, sound, and other elements that convey a quality production value and a level of technical sophistication
·        A willingness to learn and be coachable.
·        Contribute to mixing and editing to create polished and engaging videos
·        Publish videos primarily to the web and touch-up still photography
·        Other duties as assigned

This is an unpaid internship.
