HR Business Continuity and Benefits Administrator

Human Resources Business Continuity and Benefits Administrator
Bill Jacobs Motorsport is seeking a critical thinking, self-starter to fill a new role working in partnership with our human resources, facilities, technology, marketing, and operations departments to enhance our Company’s Covid-19 response and emergency preparedness plan. In assuming this role, the HR Business Continuity and Benefits Administrator will focus their full attention to our pandemic response and assume the day-to-day responsibility for benefits administration (including FMLA, ADA, and WC) within approximately 3-months. 
This role includes:
  • Working directly with senior management under the direction of the HR Director.
  • Developing policies that meet public health guidance and support successful operations.
  • Working with senior leadership and operational management to ensure policy and procedural enforcement. 
  • Effectively communicating with all levels of employees at four physical locations in Naperville and Hinsdale. 
  • Provides and facilitates in-person and virtual training using engaging presentation techniques. 
In this role, the HR Business Continuity Administrator cannot be afraid to ask questions and knows when not to accept the first answer.
