KVC Health Systems is seeking an energetic and driven professional who will be responsible for recruiting new team members for our Child Welfare services throughout the state of Kansas.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will...
- be knowledgeable about KVC to effectively recruit skilled individuals who are passionate about the organization's mission
- work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build strong working relationships and provide ongoing support
- complete an initial visual/phone screen and assessment of a candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities
- build talent pipelines through numerous online sources, social media, careers fairs, classroom presentations and university networking events
- actively track and report on candidate pipelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications or a related field of study
- Two years of direct recruiting, staffing and/or human resources experience
- Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and supervisors
- Must have strong creative problem solving skills
- Knowledge and use of Ultimate Software is a plus!
