A person in this position is responsible for developing relationships with dealers within a defined territory. The Business Development Manager will sell all products the company offers, including direct mail, production, digital, point-of-sale, and interactive.
 

Responsibilities
  • Sell promotional products to automobile dealerships in assigned territory
  • Make 60 phone calls per day.
  • Build relationships with decision makers at dealerships
  • Contact every dealer in territory at least once per quarter
  • Stay up to date on franchise promotions.
  • Ask for referrals
  • Visit territory at least twice per year with a Sales Manager
  • Follow up before, during and after sale dates to ensure client expectations are being met
