Research Analyst for Casting

Pro Sports Experience, in partnership with Unlocked Entertainment Media, is producing a television series designed to help adults find greatness in the second half of life.

Show production is tentatively scheduled for July, 2021.

There are important creative and analytical production work tasks leading up to those dates.

BACKGROUND: All human beings experience adversity. It’s human truth. Whether it’s divorce, financial, health, social or psychological – eventually we get knocked down. The only thing that matters is – how do we respond?  Do we hide from it? Deny it?  Do we face it head on?  Even more, do we share our common experiences with those also quietly suffering in the same?

PRIMARY ANALYTICAL TASK: Under the direction of the Executive Director and Producer, the intern(s) will help design, execute and evaluate interview criteria that identifies the most qualified candidates for the program.

Through interviews and written surveys, information will be acquired that include factors such as a program candidate's childhood, social upbringing, education, relationships, financial security, professional success and public image -- and how that data aligns with the candidate's overall self image and psychological health.

There is a "second half" in life. There are individuals, quietly suffering that need help. By helping them, they can tell their story of transformation to millions of people that need help.

The program and television show intends to provide support, reframe thinking, teach skills for transformation, affirm self worth, eliminate stigmas, correct myths and change the public conversation about mental health.
