Role Description
Role Overview:
We are searching for dedicated, driven Account Executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills. Successful Account Executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
 
Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000
 
Time commitment:
This position requires 40 hours a week Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
 
Location:
Must work at the Auburn, Indiana corporate office.
 
Responsibilities

  • Lead calls and meetings to present and sell Tempus solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage customer and partner relationships throughout sales cycle
  • Deal coordination with Sales team and partners
  • Manages and present on sales SCRUM standups and details to Sales management
  • Possess high to medium level technical knowledge of solutions in order to qualify deals and engage with Sales Engineer
  • Act as main business POC for all parties involved with a deal including Tempus, client, partner, processor, ISV, etc.
  • Finalize and present pricing proposals
  • Partners with Sales Engineer on all client calls during sales cycle
  • Provides support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
  • Understand and accommodate communication needs of small to enterprise sized customers, and help design solutions to meet their business needs
  • Follows up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Presents and demonstrates the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Stays current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Handle complaints and negotiations alongside Sales management team
  • Groom and report on all deal forecasting within CRM
  • Partner with Sales Administrators with day-to-day client and partner engagement such as coordinate calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide required information internally and externally related to client opportunities

Education:

  • Some higher-level education preferred or relevant experience
Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in sales with track record selling complex enterprise solutions preferred
