Digital Media Specialist

DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST – CURRENT AUTOMOTIVE
Current Automotive is the nation’s first online-focused, pre-owned electric vehicle retailer. We are committed to educating customers about the benefits of switching to an electric vehicle and demonstrating how they provide a superior ownership experience. Current Automotive makes it easy to transition to an electric vehicle with no-haggle pricing, competitive financing, nationwide shipping, and a transparent trade-in process. Find your car, buy online, and have it delivered.
We are steadily growing and searching for a Digital Media Specialist. This team member is responsible for managing all of our digital projects and our website. This includes monitoring and updating vehicle descriptions for our inventory, pitching and completing educational blog posts, and managing social media accounts and posts, among other responsibilities. These projects and tasks drive customer engagement and have helped to build the Current Automotive brand into a trusted resource for vehicle research and a destination for acquiring the perfect electric vehicle.
The right person for this role will be an excellent team contributor but works well with a high level of autonomy. The Digital Media Specialist must be a problem solver who is able to prioritize effectively. While the majority of duties will be focused on tasks related to the role, there will be times where you are asked to perform duties that are not directly related to the role but help to drive the business forward. This is where our start-up mentality shines. We believe in hard work and a nimble attitude, and we love to have fun while helping customers transition to sustainable transport. Current Automotive is the only place where people fall in love not only with their car but also with the entire purchase process.
At Current Automotive, we are electric vehicle experts and we know the future of transportation is electric. Our team has been helping drive the transition to e-mobility for the last 10 years, and it remains our mission to be champions who help people make the switch to sustainable transportation. We pride ourselves on providing a fun, educational, and no-pressure experience. Why? Because we care. We care about helping people, building relationships, and maintaining our reputation – which means always doing the right thing.
