Associate Account Director

Collective Measures is currently seeking an Associate Account Director who will be responsible for developing and building client relationships, assisting with managing a growing team of account management professionals, and working to expand opportunities for client relationships.  We are looking for a smart, high energy and motivated digital marketer to join our team.

KEY JOB DUTIES:

  • Lead meetings related to client strategy, planning and timelines;
  • Lead and manage assigned client relationships, overseeing client communication, timelines, deliverables and reporting;
  • Lead or participate in client periodic planning, strategy and review meetings;
  • Prepare existing client proposals and SOWs with minimal oversight or revision;
  • Grow revenue by identifying and selling new business opportunities to existing clients;
  • Effectively explain and differentiate between various media options with clients in order to meet client objectives;
  • Track and manage client billing against project budget;
  • Lead new business development and presentations, as appropriate, particularly as it pertains to assigned clients;
  • Supervise junior team members, as assigned;
  • Assist with internal team management, including interviewing, budget setting and tracking.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Seven or more years of account management experience, with a strong preference for digital agency experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to make independent, sound judgments regarding work priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Demonstrated judgment to make decisions and to escalate issues when appropriate;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and build collaborative internal team culture;
  • Detailed knowledge of search engine optimization, social and paid media marketing, and measurement tools so as to be able to work with internal teams to complete projects;
  • Ability to think strategically in order to identify, analyze and resolve complex business and client challenges, and to effectively communicate ideas internally and to clients.
