The Clinical Development Operations/Clinical Contracts Team flock is all about getting stuff done, working collaboratively, and advancing our technology. As a part of our evolving and dynamic college program, you’ll have a chance to work with some of the brightest birds in the business, striving to make real impact for our patients and our people. HOW YOU’LL FLY
As a Clinical Business Operations Co-Op/Full-Time Intern bird reporting to Emily Matthews, you'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:
·      Supporting development and roll out of improved contract tracking tools relative to implementation of updated CBO SharePoint site.
·      Combining existing ICH/GCP amendment list with Master contract Index
·      Create tracking tool to provide notification of upcoming contract expiration dates for Consulting agreements, which may expand the project to account for other agreements as applicable
·      Excel-based tracking projects (ad-hoc)
·      Other related tasks as needed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’re the bird we’re looking for if you:
·      Have (Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university)
·      Display natural enthusiasm for learning
·      Exemplary collaboration/cross-functional skillset
·      Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
·      Positive disposition
·      Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
·      Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple functions.
·      Possess the (Ability to work a six-month assignment, full-time – January 11 – June 25)
·      This position is 100% REMOTE.
