HOW YOU’LL FLY
We seek a fun, entrepreneurial and highly motivated co-op / intern with a passion for international supply chain operations and information systems to lead and support a variety of projects within a unique and dynamic supply chain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a range of tasks and support multiple compliance, logistics and planning activities. You will lead projects focused on standardizing and improving supply chain processes and implementing tools and technology to enhance data analytics and reporting.

As a Global Supply Chain Co-Op/Full-Time Intern bird reporting to Michael Simon, you'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:
·      Providing direct support to Supply Chain leadership group (Trade Compliance, Transportation, Labeling, and Packaging Technologies).
·      Develop cross-functional understanding of the international supply chain and how international trade regulations impact the business
·      Revitalization, update and maintenance of the supply chain information systems for trade compliance, transportation, labeling and packaging technologies.
·      Develop, improve, and implement tools to support the analysis and visualization of compliance and transportation activities.
·      Assist in the development of process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions to improve standardization of supply chain processes.
·      Collaborate with leadership in the maintenance of internal compliance manuals and ensures that accurate and current process requirements are documented and maintained
·      Ongoing mentoring and training in a fast-paced, corporate environment
·      Other related tasks as needed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’re the bird we’re looking for if you:
·      Have (Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university, focused in business, life sciences, or law)
·      Display natural enthusiasm for learning
·      Exemplary collaboration/cross-functional skillset
·      Interest in international supply chain (Trade Compliance, Transportation, Labeling, and Packaging Technologies)
·      Proficient with Excel and knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization and analytic tools (Spotfire)
·      Background and experience in operations management, inventory management
·      Strong verbal and written skills; ability to provide focus and clarity; able to handle confidential information and material appropriately
·      Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment where results are achieved through influence and the incorporation of multiple points of view
·      Independently motivated, detail oriented and good problem solving ability
·      bExcellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities
·      Possess the (Ability to work a six-month assignment, full-time – January 11 – June 25)
·      This position is 100% REMOTE.
