eBusiness/eCommerce Intern

Job Description:
Perform the services of a Business Analyst on DBS/eBusiness product teams. The candidate will be responsible for working across business and IT teams to gather and document requirements. The candidate will also perform initial triage of incoming bugs for supported applications. Triage includes validation of the bug, providing additional business or technical information for the developers, and answering questions the developers may have when they estimate and start work. Candidates will write test cases for bugs/requirements and then run those test cases in various environments.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Professional verbal/written communication, collaboration with other roles and teams, basic understanding of business requirements gathering process, business analysis, analysis/problem solving, detail oriented
DESIRED:
Analytics, Business process flow diagrams, business process modeling, web experience, ability to analyze and suggest UI improvements to websites, eCommerce/online shopping experience, software quality assurance
Preferred Classification: Junior, Senior or Graduate Student
Degree: IT, Analytics, Business, or Developer
Duration: Summer
