Integrated Marketing Communications Intern (Europe Region)

Job Description:
Sales Force Marketing Cloud:
  • Push and SMS messaging strategies applied through the marketing cloud (both general messages and messages as part of a journey). The intern will conduct competitor research, analysis of existing channels (text vs. push vs. messenger app like Whatsapp), and make recommendations; supporting Europe Region Marketing with the establishment of a mobile messaging strategy.
  • Month-End Summary Email Template Development: Support by helping to build and share an IBC summary template in the tool; capturing metrics for market adoption and outlining recommendations for optimization/future use cases.

Project ONE Phase 3 (.com/Consultant Connector/Personal Web Site):
  • Conduct competitor analysis, note taking in meetings where we have to divide and conquer, and support with pulling together market requests/ideas for improvement.
  • Digital marketing analytics project for understanding legacy effectiveness of tools like eCatalog, MirrorMe Web adoption in EUR, etc to help influence future user experience and engagement.

Social Media:
  • Developing a Repository of Social Media Assets for IBCs which markets can easily access
  • Modifying the existing Social Media Guidelines into a “more fun” and visual document/infographic for IBCs
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Background in Business/Marketing, with an understanding of the digital and analytics landscape, including email marketing, Web, and social; excellent communication skills
DESIRED:
Self-starter
Preferred Classification: Junior, Senior, Grad Student or Recent Grad
Degree: Marketing, Business, or Communications with a heavy focus on MarComm/MarTech
Duration: Summer
