Talent Acquisition Intern

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support various recruiting activities. The successful candidate will start remotely, and will be based in downtown Minneapolis once we return to the office. This position will require working 15-20 hours/week during academic periods, with the ability work additional hours during non-academic periods based on departmental work load.
 
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Manage the recruiting inbox
  • Assist in coordinating and participating in recruiting events
  • Co-managing job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications, etc.)
  • Scheduling interviews
 
Requirements
  • Must be at a junior standing or above
  • Ability to work 6-15 hours/week during academic periods
  • Previous internship/work experience preferred
