Role Description 
Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator to manage and perform daily job duties such as inputting data into our customer management system, managing the Sales department calendars, preparing pricing documentation and forecasting for Account Executives, responding to customer calls and emails, assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork and documentation within Tempus systems used for customer tracking.
Salary Range
$35,000 - 40,000
Time commitment
This position requires 40 hours a week from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. The hours cannot be flexible.
Location
Must work at the Auburn, Indiana corporate office.
Responsibilities
  • Support internal Sales team with Request For Proposals (RFPs) and Requests For Information (RFIs) from partners and clients alike.
  • Point of contact for coordination of engagement for sales inquiries from various lead sources or direct requests for new business from a potential client
  • Support internal Sales team with various projects and tasks including but not limited to ad hoc reporting, sales forecasting, pricing proposals, and conference call scheduling
  • Track and report on all assigned qualified lead sources to include milestones and proper handoff to other departments for implementation within CRM and other applicable systems
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer inquiries for Sales team
  • Update and keep current client records
  • Pass technical queries from clients to the appropriate Sales teammates
  • Assist customers in the hardware quoting and ordering process
  • Manage ISV programs by supporting and onboarding new clients 
Skills/Qualifications
Education
  • Some higher-level education preferred or relevant experience
Experience:
  • Experience of at least 1 year in administrative roles related to sales and/or technical sales preferred
