This top notch 5-month Leadership Development Program, located at Pella's corporate headquarters, provides an exciting, fast paced, fun work environment and a seamless transition to a career in operations management with relocation to Ocala, Florida upon completion of the program.

How the Program Works:
In our hands-on manufacturing environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful, focusing on:

Upon Completion of the Program:
•   Relocation to a full-time, 2nd shift Production Supervisor position at CWS in Ocala, Florida
•   Directly manage 30 – 40 hourly employees in a manufacturing environment
•   Responsible for your department’s safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement
•   Maintain budget for labor efficiencies in department
•   Champion continuous improvement in the department (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)
•   Reward and follow corrective action in guidelines as needed with employees
•   Interview, hire, train, and develop employees
 
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

•   Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
•   Demonstrated leadership skills
•   Strong team player
•   Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others
•   Very organized
•   Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement a plus
•   Open to relocation upon completion of the program to Ocala, Florida
 
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
