Psychological Testing Internship

This internship involves the administration and scoring of psychological assessments used in batteries to determine ADHD, differential diagnosis, presurgical evaluations, and intellectual disability waivers. Interns are expected to administer assessments in a precise and accurate manner. Interns are also expected to show a very high level of professionalism, including building rapport with clients they work with and working as part of a professional clinical team with the lead psychologist, referring provider, and support staff.

Internship hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2 pm to approximately 5 pm. Applicants must be available at two of these three times, which are not flexible.

Heartland has a rolling application cycle. Applications for spring semester are due by Oct 15, for summer by March 15, and for the fall semester by April 15. However, decisions are made on an on-going basis with positions filled as soon as qualified candidates are identified.
