Roles and responsibilities for sales force Developer :

Requirements

• Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration.
• Judge the feasibility and tradeoff of different technologies and make choices that fit the constraints of the project.
• Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes and release management.
• Serves as the technical expert on Rainmaker projects focused on Salesforce.com - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the Force.com platform.
• Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com and cloud integration and BI platforms.
• Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.
• Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution.
• Participates and/or leads in the Rainmaker technical services best practices and policies defining development, release management and coding best practices, tools, standards and methodologies. Actively participates in communicating these principles across the organization and into customer product delivery.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Salesforce.com advanced administrator, advanced developer, or certifications preferred
• degree in Computer Science, equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field
