CNA (Winter/Spring)

All shifts are normally 8-12 hours in length. You choose your schedule based on any given facilities requirements. 
 
Essential Job Functions:
 
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing quality nursing care to residents/patients in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality. Bathing and dressing patients. Serving meals and helping patients eat. Taking vitals. Turning and repositioning patients who are bedridden. Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors. Providing and emptying bedpans. Lifting patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc. Answering patient call lights. Examining patients for bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds. Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas. Changing bed sheets and restocking rooms with necessary supplies.

Qualifications:
 
Must possess valid active CNA licensure. Must have reliable transportation to and from assignment. Must be willing to travel up to an hour to an assignment, one way. Must show proof of BLS CPR training with card.
