Business Analyst Internship
Are you passionate about social innovation and using new business models to change the world? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with like-minded colleagues? We are looking for talented students who want to help Civic Champs - winners of the 2019 IU CLAPP competition and a Techcrunch Disrupt Startup Battlefield company.
You will work with our founding team and report directly to our CEO, Geng Wang, a Harvard Business School alumnus, former McKinsey & Company Engagement Manager and serial entrepreneur. Geng’s prior startup companies included RentJungle.com (an apartment search engine) and Community Elf (a social media management firm). Both companies had successful exits in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
As a business analyst intern, your job responsibilities and expectations include:
- Attending remote meetings
- Conducting research on the industry, competitors, and users
- Identifying trends in the marketplace to pinpoint areas of opportunity
- Performing user testing to provide input into the product road map
- Segmenting potential customer groups and building customer profiles
- We are an early company stage - perfect for someone wanting a lot of hands-on experience that will make a huge impact on the organization and the community
- Any other potential hats you might be interested in wearing to make Civic Champs mission a reality
This internship is unpaid. Interested candidates can start Summer 2021. There are only 2 spots for this position.
