IT Intern - Collaboration Solution - Summer 2021
ROLE OVERVIEW
Amcor AFNA IT Collaboration Solution Intern position will be trained and responsible for resolving IT incidents, tasks and request submitted by Amcor employees. This will involve taking calls, chat sessions and Service Now queue monitoring. Other duties as assigned by IT Service Desk Lead and Manager.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Answering calls from employees
- Monitoring chat support queue
- Monitoring Service Now ticket queue
- Other tasks assigned by ITSD leader
