Senior Business Systems Manager, Oracle ERP

Sr. Business Systems Analyst, CRM and Sales Systems

Job Description: 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Systems, the Business Systems Analyst for CRM and Sales Systems manages Salesforce and related business systems and processes.  The role requires a good understanding of lead-to-order business processes combined with a solid technical background that includes administration of Salesforce, expert-knowledge of Salesforce configurations, software development experience on Salesforce and SQL fluency. Driving process and system improvements, a continuous focus on data integrity, the implementation of enhancements and projects, and the support of existing Sales Systems and processes are key responsibilities of this role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to consistently deliver projects and objectives are instrumental to succeed.
Responsibilities and duties:
·        System Administrator, Developer and Architect for Salesforce
·        Drive Salesforce enhancement projects
·        Resolve daily Salesforce issues
·        Maintain data integrity in Salesforce programmatically and via Data Loader
·        Identify and drive Advanced Pricing and Salesforce optimizations and enhancements
·        Manage and support all integrations in and out of Salesforce
·        Develop and code enhancements on Salesforce
·        Maintain documentation of Salesforce, Integrations and Advanced Pricing configurations and setups

Requirements:

·        7+ years techno-functional experience designing, enhancing and supporting solutions on Salesforce and associated systems
·        3+ years Salesforce Administration experience
·        A good understanding of Sales business processes
·        Experience developing and customizing Salesforce using Salesforce Visual Force, Apex, Lightning and SOQL
·        Proficient in SQL
·        Experience with Reporting and BI tools
·        Oracle DB and ERP experience is a plus
·        Project Management experience
·        A proven ability and history of working effectively with offshore employees and consultants
·        Background in data analysis and management
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·        Experience in Semiconductor Sales Operations is preferable

Education: 
·        Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) major or equivalent experience required
·        Salesforce certification is a plus
