Rising Talent in Finance (RTIF) Summer Program

About the Role

RTIF program offers a meaningful opportunity to rising juniors and seniors in undergraduate programs to develop solutions for finance. During this 10-week program, summer interns will gain experience working within one of our Finance groups. Upon completion of the Summer Program, interns may be extended an offer to join us in a Full-Time role.
Types of assignments include:
Controllership | FP&A | Global Business Solutions (GBS) | Internal Audit | Investor Relations | Strategy & Corporate Development | Tax | Treasury
Specific roles and responsibilities will vary in each assignment but could include:

  • Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Competitor and industry analyses
  • Corporate accounting and public company filings
  • Due diligence and valuation modeling
  • Build business cases and recommend courses of action
  • Create financial presentations for leadership

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate students with an expected graduation date on or after Fall 2021
  • Majors in finance, economics, or business
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or the U.K. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
