Location: Remote, USA

Internship Summary:

The Global Business Integration Intern will help organize, run, and provide follow up support for key Integration Management Office meetings.

Internship Job Duties:
  • Support updating and improving the Business Integration Community site
  •  Help with the planning and hosting integration management events (trainings, project reviews, etc.)
  • Creation of standard templates and presentation materials as required
  • Help develop, prioritize and track Business Integration team activities
  • Work with the team to establish clear stakeholder analysis and communication plan process
 
Internship Qualifications:

Education: 
  • Study in a field related to business and finance preferred 
  • A passion for project management and some study of lean / agile methodologies a plus 

Experience: 
  • No previous work experience required

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements: 
  • Demonstrable project skills (team member or lead). 
  • Let’s go attitude.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with SharePoint a plus.

Students who are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited institution with a current class standing of sophomore or above and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 are eligible for internships at Zoetis. Students must also be 18 years of age or older prior to their scheduled start date and be able to provide verification that they are enrolled in school and authorized to participate in an internship in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship. Students who are offered internships will need to successfully pass a drug screen and background check within 5 days of offer.
