Manufacturing Process Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Reporting to the Director of Iowa Operations, this position is responsible for the performance of a manufacturing process area within our production facility. This includes meeting the production output, maintenance, safety, and quality goals.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

·        Learn and become a process expert of an assigned manufacturing area, including machine, robotic, and manual workstations.

·        Manage, train, and coach production operators within your manufacturing process area

·        Program & operator robots, PLCs, HMIs, and CNC equipment

·        Work with mentors and teams to solve problems to improve manufacturing processes

·        Improve system designs for better safety and production efficiency

·        Develop and execute in-house testing procedures

·        Perform data collection and analysis

·        Shows initiative in gaining and maintaining the skills, abilities, and knowledge required to perform this position in at least a fully qualified and satisfactory manner
