Front Desk Coordinator

Job Description
The Front Desk Coordinator will handle a wide range of administrative support and oversee the day-to-day operations of LUXURGERY’s New York practice.
The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, solid judgment, discretion, and effective written and verbal communications. This person must be proactive in anticipating and prioritizing the business needs of the team, and ultimately will be responsible for managing an efficiently run office through time management, productivity, and initiative.
Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining calendar schedule; Monitoring, updating, and prioritizing, utilizing good judgment and strong decision-making skills
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel, monitoring travel schedules and providing back up plans as needed; complete timely expense reports
  • Demonstrating confidentiality when handling sensitive information and matters
  • Maintaining professional and courteous relationships with executive management team, colleagues, vendors and patients
  • Seeking out opportunities to evaluate existing processes and make improvements when necessary
  • Welcoming guests by greeting them, in person or over the telephone
  • Maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinating appointments for out of town patients
  • Ensuring conference room equipment is operating and room is setup for meetings
  • Orchestrating office wide social and community events
  • Providing feedback and input as needed
  • Performing a wide variety of duties and projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years as supporting senior leadership with administrative work
  • Experience with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Proficiency in Apple OSX and Windows XP Operating Systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and anticipate changing priorities
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and work effectively under pressure while producing accurate and consistent results

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $22.00 - $27.00/hour.
