HRIS System Administrator- $ Sign On Bonus for UltiPro/Workday Experience $

KVC Health Systems is seeking a HRIS Administrator. In order to be eligible for the $1,500 Sign On Bonus we are looking for a candidate that has prior system administration experience with HRIS within UltiPro, UKG or Workday.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HRIS Administrator will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative HRIS functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Other duties may be assigned according to qualification of staff and development of programs.
• Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in the HRIS and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis.
• Supports HR staff with upgrades and new functionality within the HRIS.
• Collaborates and trains with the HRIS provider to stay up to date and maintain accuracy with the system.
• Participates and provides assistance with any HRIS provider changes, updates, and purchases of packages.
• Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/reports on any data discrepancies.
• Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to all data requests. 
• Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed.
• Provides assistance and supports others on difficult HRIS assignments and/or problems as direc
• Executes and coordinates trainings or special events for HRIS needs across the organization.
• Participates in special HRIS project work.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.  
Licensure/Certification: 
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Preferred Experience/Skills: 
• Prior system administration experience. HRIS within UltiPro, UKG or Workday highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the human resources function such as: recruitment, benefits, learning.
• Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts
• System Configuration experience very helpful.
• System security experience.
• Basic Report Writing preferred.
• Skill in performing accurate data entry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision- making skills
• Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
• Experience in designing multiple training events within a platform
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office and in various database software
