Campaign Data Coordinator

HSP Direct, an elite fundraising agency based in Ashburn, VA that serves conservative, political and non-profit clients, is looking for a highly organized and results oriented individual to work as a Data Coordinator to help coordinate campaign fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who works well independently and is a strong team player. They must possess excellent organization and communication skills to support the Director of Campaign Fundraising on efforts to reach client goals, with a focus on development of list industry skills. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build custom donor acquisition strategies
  • Work with the Director of Campaign Fundraising on mailing list recommendations
  • Build/manage relationships with both internal/external clients
  • Heavy data entry, sales order processing, invoicing, billing and transaction reporting to gain a solid understanding and background of the list industry
  • Deliver successful client fundraising campaigns on time and on budget
  • Create, maintain and understand basic Excel reports

  • Excellent phone demeanor and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to exercise good judgment
  • Advanced Microsoft office suite skills

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
