THE COMPANY
The client company is an NYSE Technology Hardware & Software Manufacturer based in the Columbus area.

THE POSITION
The company seeks an outstanding CHRO candidate with demonstrated leadership experience and a professional track record of exceptional performance in key executive positions with strong business acumen. The candidate must be strategic with a quick comprehension of their organization's business model, technologies, products, services, solutions offered, and strategic growth plans.

The CHRO will be a Strategic Business Partner to the CEO. This executive leads the function in defining and adapting Corporate Culture, Strategies, Structures, Procedures, and Technologies to handle changes in external conditions and the business environment.  The candidate must have significant experience within a global multinational company with strategic growth/operations experience.  He or she should possess multi-industry experience and push the organization and its workforce to new heights for its engagement, professional development, and talent management capabilities.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate for this position will lead to a broad range of strategic Human Resources services supporting business objectives and Human Resources initiatives. The CHRO will:
·        Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.
·        Drive and improve HR processes across all global business segments.
·        Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation; Recognize where the HR process needs improvement and coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
·        Drive and deploy company-wide HR procedures and policies.
·        The CHRO will manage and analyze organizational assessments, respond to employee feedback, and develop action plans with client leaders to drive employee engagement.
·        Execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
·        Lead the Corporate Compensation and Benefits leaders to execute competitive compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs.
·        Lead the Corporate Employee and Labor Relations team to drive positive employee relations and formulate and establish company objectives relative to participation in union-management contract negotiations and grievance procedures.
·        Direct the planning and maintenance of Communications.
·        Mentor the robust global HR team that consistently exceeds organizational data-driven objectives.

Professional Qualifications – Key Experience and Skills
·        Proven leader able to operate on a global basis
·        Strong business acumen and learning agility to comprehend their business models quickly, software, technologies, products, services, solutions offered, and strategic growth plans
·        Strong quantitative and analytical / metrics-driven executive
·        Very high intelligence, curiosity, initiative, and highly disciplined with extraordinary communication skills
·        Strong personal organization and prioritization skills; ability to successfully manage large, complex projects from inception to conclusion, involving diverse, cross-functional teams
·        Strong judgment

Must Haves
·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline An MBA is highly desirable.
·        Fifteen plus years of progressive professional Human Resources experience, including prior roles outside the HR function, including P&L leadership/management roles.
