University New Grad – Associate Business Analyst

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for assisting with the intake and demand process for the Customer Engagement portfolio. Responsible for working with the Business Solutions Lead on business case initiation, review, assessment and impact analysis; and to understand customer needs, project estimation, and provide a seamless handoff to project delivery teams.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field
*Graduation date between May 2020 – June 2021
*Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
*Understanding of the intake and demand process
*Understanding intake tools and processes and best practices
*Understand the estimation processes and best practices
*Business Acumen
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills 
*Problem solving and/or analytical thinking
*Possess ability to manage workload and manage multiple priorities, as applicable
*Project management skills
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise)
*Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
*Requirements definition and management
*SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development
Preferred Job Qualifications: 
*Bachelor’s degree in a Business Analytics related field
*Business process management and modeling
*BA Certification
*Experience working in Healthcare industry
