Remote Product Manager Internship

Product Management Internship:
Esurgi seeks an intern responsible for management of its bio-health technology products. The ideal candidate is familiar with healthcare technology. Incumbents work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), users and Esurgi teams to deliver activities related for at least one product. This internship is NOT paid, but college credit, OPT, and CPT are provided and encouraged. Internship will take place from March 2021 through September 2021 (Spring/Summer).

Main Areas of Responsibility:
  • Orchestrate activities related to bringing a product to the market. 
  • Understand the market, unique unmet need, and positioning for products. This includes market research interviews with academicians, clinician and business, alongside end users, KOLs and users, as well as competition analysis. 
  • Develop requirements to improve products based on client feedback. 
  • Manage product development.
  • Maintain a strong focus on building client relations and strategic planning. 
  • Communicate with technical engineers and other cross-functional teams for the product development.

Minimum Requirements
  • Self-driven: Results-driven and Detail-oriented; takes initiative.
  • Experience in delivering projects, business analysis, product management, SBIRs, or reaching out to KOLs and users.
  • Able to translate knowledge as well as maintain an updated, organized database for documentation purposes, including that of test modules for the device. 
  • Either pursuing a degree, have already received their degree, or maintain adequate knowledge, in healthcare, biotechnology, kinesiology, engineering, health economics, business, or a related field.
  • Thrives in a dynamic early-stage startup environment.
