Responsibilities:
- Support others in the use of software applicationsĀ
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues related to system functionality and data discrepancies
- Respond to questions, incidents, and issues that come up over the phone and via email
- Log and track incidents in the service management system
- Support proprietary application services and solutions
- Resolve questions/issues related to the software
- Test new software enhancements
- Participate in a scrum team environment
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsĀ
- Experience supporting complex proprietary applicationsĀ
- Able to maintain strong technical skills and business knowledge in a changing environment
- Able to learn the company's application portfolio
