Financial Analyst

Aon is looking for a Financial Analyst
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions in our Finance department. 
 
 
Your impact as a Financial Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ownership for monthly Revenue reporting and close process, including journal entries
  • Prepare, analyze, and report on financial information based on data collected from various financial applications. 
  • Perform in-depth revenue variance analysis of monthly actual financial performance against budgeted and prior year revenue.
  • Access and interpret Revenue and Billing information maintained in various financial systems.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue forecasting.
  • Key role in the annual budgeting process, including revenue and billing data analysis, and conducting meetings with revenue owners
  • Work closely with and develop relationships with Account Executives and partner with colleagues in Finance and New Business
  • Prepare and maintain financial records completely and accurately
  • Respond to internal ad-hoc requests as assigned.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 0-2 years of industry experience.
