RN Nurse Manager Assisted Living

This individual will champion providing direct tenant care under the supervision of the Senior Director of Assisted Living. Responsibilities: 
  • Functions as part of the management team by guiding and directing tenant care and interacts with all levels of staff affecting resident care
  • Coordinates preparation and planning of resident admission
  • Creates and maintains individualized service plans for all tenants based off assessment and review of services
  • Effectively communicates resident needs, progress and special problems of care on an ongoing basis with physicians and immediate supervisor

Requirements: 
  • Graduate of a state board approved RN school
  • Currently licensed in Iowa
  • Successful completion of state mandatory supervisory course within six months of employment
  • Current in CPR certification or willing to achieve it

*Actual wage based on level of care, licensure and experience
*Additional hourly attendance bonus up to $5/hour depending on shift!
