Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resource Coordinators employed by Alff Construction aids with and facilitates the human resources processes at all business locations. This role administers employee benefits and acts as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, and file maintenance. This role will also be tasked with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. This employee will assist the human resource manager with all internal and external human resource related inquiries and requests.
