Sales Representative

This is a Direct Sales position. Some of the most sought after skills by employers are the abilities to communicate well, deal with stress, persuade, and problem solve. "Sales" is perhaps the cornerstone of all we do in the business world whether we are selling a product, or selling someone on our ideas or passions.

The main method we teach these skills is direct sales via door to door contacts. We will be training daily on how to overcome rejection and maintain a positive attitude/work ethic, the ability to be persistent without being pushy or rude, how to close a deal in the business world, how to quickly develop trust and a relationship with an unknown prospect and to communicate quickly and clearly.

Services provided are pest control services. 1-year contracts are sold and a commission is earned on those sales.

Typical earnings for sales reps range between $15,000 and $40,000+. Top Sales representatives make well over $100,000 in a sales season strictly on their own sales, and they will be the ones training you personally daily.
