gBETA Business Development Associate
HOW IT WORKS: Paid commitment of 20 hours/week to work with the gener8tor/gBETA team and portfolio companies to execute all aspects of the accelerator programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruit applicants to gener8tor/gBETA; participate in the interview and selection process; assist with all aspects of executing the gener8tor/gBETA programs; attend weekly meetings with the gener8tor/gBETA companies; complete projects for gener8tor/gBETA companies as-needed. Projects may include:
- lead generation
- marketing
- sales
- business development
- graphic design
- software development
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excitement about working with entrepreneurs and startups. No business experience is required! We are looking for Associates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
