Position Description: As the Director of Assisted Living you are responsible for the day-to-day operations within Willow Winds Assisted Living located in Denver, Iowa. This includes being ultimately responsible, and accountable, for the care received by residents, as well as the leadership and supervision of staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing or related field; or 3-5 years leadership, management, marketing or supervisory experience
- Previous marketing experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience (2-5 years)
- Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations helpful
- Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
- Must be agreeable/able to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
