DUTIES: Utilize substantial specialized judgement and skill in providing nursing care, observation and counsel to residents and accepts responsibility for the total nursing care of assigned residents. Supervise staff as they provide ancillary resident care and services. Guide and direct resident care and interact with all levels of staff affecting resident care.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have current LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa.
