We are seeking talented and motivated Senior Web Business Analyst to join our team to support the TSG Department dedicated in the Urbandale, IA location.

We will count on you to:
· Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements
· Provide traceability of business requirements to IT solutions and ensure system testing encompasses existing capabilities of the solution as well as future function point requirements.
· Facilitate working sessions to elicit requirements from stakeholders and team-members
· Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to translate business strategies and objectives in to epic stories and user stories
· Manage the product backlog and roadmap
· Analyze, design, and document “as is” and “to be” business processes
· Ensures development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
· Support the business in conducting and facilitating final acceptance tests for solutions with the user community, including development of UAT test scenarios and test scripts.
· Develops, delivers and evaluates training and supplemental materials. Partners with business and IT to manager scope with each release
What you need to have:
· B.A. or B.S. (Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science, or related area is preferred) or equivalent work experience
· 2+ years’ experience in IT or related industry
· Experience working independently to deliver results.
· Strong experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria to express requirements.
· Experience using Scrum processes
· Experience providing product management support such as prioritization and backlog grooming
· Experience writing user stories and using waterfall methodology
· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and work with team members, clients, and stakeholders to achieve the desired business outcome
· Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
