Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of IT within business including Oracle| NetSuite ERP & CRM, Cloud VoIP, Cisco Network, Help Desk, Microsoft 365, Websites, Servers, Network Security as well as Physical IP Security System

• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements

• Work with cross-functional team on information technology projects from beginning to end

• Manage business websites with updates, patches, shopping cart experience, API integrations

• Oversee company security systems

Qualifications 

• Currently a Sophomore- or Junior-level college student with a major in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred - equivalent experience considered

• Minimum 3.0 preferred

• Relevant work experience / internships / related activities (tutor, business fraternity, etc.) preferred

• Strong technical acumen and desire for a career in IT

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Able to develop alternative solutions and work well in individual and group problem solving situations

• Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership

• Ability to manage one's own travel within Storm Lake, housing offered if needed
