Meat Processing Plant Internship

Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) has a paid internship available during the summer of 2021. Our small, familly owned business is located in Trimble, MO. Normal working days are Monday through Friday. At PLM you'll learn about our processing from start to finish, in addition to working on special projects to help improve processes and products.

As a PLM intern, projects will likely include the following:
  • Process improvements for meat quality, food safety/quality, and production
  • Special projects developing products for new or existing customers
  • Miscellaneous ad hoc projects as needed
