Ebenezer has part -time schedules for college students and opportunities to grow with us and our affiliate Fairview Health Services.
Ebenezer Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA, NAR) are responsible for providing resident care and services in one of our 6 different Long Term and Transitional care units. Must be on MN NA registry to determine and offer/start date.
- Most CNA positions include every other weekend. Some are just e/o weekend or minimal hours for students. Shift(s) are listed per each job posting on our website.
- Competitive wages- similar if not better than hospital, shift differentials for eves/nights and straight shift schedules that work well for students.

Responsibilities for Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Assists resident with personal cares based on individual plan of care (bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, call lights)
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
- Performs environmental and other responsibilities as assigned (order and cleanliness, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department
Qualifications for CNA
- MN Nursing Assistant registry or must be on MN NA registry
- Able to communicate with team members, staff and residents verbally and written formats
- Be able to provide cares with empathy and compassion
