Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAR/NA) part and full-time options, various locations

Ebenezer has part -time schedules for college students and opportunities to grow with us and our affiliate Fairview Health Services.

Ebenezer Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA, NAR) are responsible for providing resident care and services in one of our 6 different Long Term and Transitional care units. Must be on MN NA registry to determine and offer/start date.
  • Most CNA positions include every other weekend. Some are just e/o weekend or minimal hours for students. Shift(s) are listed per each job posting on our website.
  • Competitive wages- similar if not better than hospital, shift differentials for eves/nights and straight shift schedules that work well for students.
  • Plus we have DHS education scholarships that can help pay for school.

We hire CNA's at the following locations;
Minneapolis- Ebenezer Care Center
Bloomington- Martin Luther Care Center
Burnsville- Ebenezer Ridges Care Center
Edina- Aurora on France
Wyoming- Meadows on Fairview TCU

We also hire Resident Assistants; whom pass meds and handle cares for residents in our over 40 Assisted Living/Memory Care locations in Minnesota. No certificate or registry required. See website for locations/hours/shifts. Great experience to put on your resume

Responsibilities for Nursing Assistants (CNA)

  • Assists resident with personal cares based on individual plan of care (bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, call lights)
  • Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
  • Performs environmental and other responsibilities as assigned (order and cleanliness, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department


Qualifications for CNA

  • MN Nursing Assistant registry or must be on MN NA registry
  • Able to communicate with team members, staff and residents verbally and written formats
  • Be able to provide cares with empathy and compassion
