FUNDRAISING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must! Applicant should be a self-starter and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. A love of helping heroes is a necessity, and strong computer and management skills are appreciated.
Qualifications: Good interpersonal and presentation skills * Data entry skills * Good computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent oral and written communication skills
LOCATION
work can be remotely done in a hybrid model if applicable to exact responsibilities
PAYMENT
We give commission and bonus pay for first 3 months,
and 2nd 3 months is commission draw.
After successfully competing these aforementioned 6 months; is a base pay offered plus commission and bonus % pay
REQUIREMENTS
· Must have strong work ethic
· Excellent verbal and written Skills
· Must be able to use Microsoft office including word, Excel, and Power Point
· Must be able to do basic designs for promotional materials
· Friendly and outgoing
· Must be able to work independently and self motivate
· Must be able to meet deadlines
· Must be have a laptop and smart phone
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supporting veteran / women programs
-Customer service
-Maintaining relationships with veterans and partners through phone and email
-Public Relations
-Community Events
-Fundraising
-Administrative duties
-database and records management
-inventory management
-Transporting inventory to storage facility
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
-Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Skills
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
