Account Management Intern

Account Management Intern
At a full-service agency like SPM, the account teams touch every aspect of our client work. This role requires professional communication skills, impeccable organization and attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and collaborate, as well as creatively manage situations or tasks at hand. Our account teams serve as the front lines of communication between the agency and our clients. In this role, you’ll learn to manage and guide client projects through the agency, working directly with our consumer insights, creative and media teams. At an agency of our size, this first-hand experience managing accounts is unmatched.
 
Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Internal and external meeting and communication preparation and management 
  • Utilization of research and data mining tools for client brand and market immersion 
  • Manages creative projects through timeline and budget planning
  • Works directly with manager and creative teams on assignment strategy and creative feedback
  • Works directly with manager and media teams on traditional and digital media planning
  • Assists manager and media teams on media execution and trafficking
  • Directly involved with digital media teams on campaign set-up and reporting
  • Full-circle budget management through planning, billing and invoicing
