This position will be located in Chicago

What Are Your Responsibilities?
*Provide subject matter expertise to AMS and other Center teams, as required.
*Validates adequate IT capacity to meet required levels of service

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Health Insurance
*Graduation date between December 2020 – June 2021
* Clear, Concise Verbal and written communication
* Uses existing procedures to solve routine or basic problems
* A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
* Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

What Do You Need To Be Successful?
* Health Insurance experience or knowledge
* Demonstrates eagerness to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and judgment to accomplish a result or to serve customers’ needs effectively. Has the desire and drive to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to perform job more effectively
*Focused on IT as a customer aligned with vendors; work with agreements
*Demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
Strong analytical skills
*Practical, developed PC skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
*Knowledge of application and infrastructure integration
*Knowledge of SDLC Methodology -Agile/Scrum/Iterative Development
*Knowledge of ITIL
*Ability to tie together solutions across systems, detail oriented; problem solving and analytical thinking
