Technical Recruiter

About This Role
We are seeking an energetic recruiting professional to fill the Technical Recruiter position in Antra. The ideal candidate should have ability to work as a full lifecycle recruiting professional to achieve Antra’s business requirements. The candidate should highly motivate of base salary + commission income, have good communication skills, who is capable to work in a fast paste environment and must be a good team player.

Essential Functions
·       Understand our company business needs and be able to achieve recruiting goal
·       Experience with job posting sources and respond to build and drive innovative strategies to improve recruitment through variety tools, technology platforms such as social media, digital, etc.
·       Select, filter, and Interview applicants to obtain open position requirements, such as candidates education background, work history and job skills
·       Coordinate with hiring manager, recruitment manager and other team members in daily
·       Capable to use any software system to complete recruitment process
·       Partner with HR department to arrange new hires onboarding and orientations
·       Responsible for part of the hiring process, such as documenting paperwork and hiring process in all the software systems
·       Establish relationships with educational institutions, job fairs and local communities
·       Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the company
·       Ability to work on other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements and Experience
-       Bachelor’s degree
-       0-2 years related experience in sourcing, recruitment, or marketing
-       Excellent communication and writing skills
-       Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or any HRIS systems
-       Ability to multi-task work environment
-       Have good collaborating skills

Preferred Skills and Experience
-       Previous knowledge in IT consulting recruitment environment
-       Capable to work in the fast-paced and growing multi-unit organization
-       Experience using data and analytics to improve daily work process
-       Basic knowledge of software languages, such as Java, React, Full Stack, etc.
