Manager Accounting and Reporting
The Finance Manager is a strong business partner to the Regional Sales Office by providing support to strategic business development to ensure each department is enabled to produce against company expectations while staying within budegtary constraints.
The incumbent will drive improvements in the team while supporting processes to increase the level of business support for daily finance objectives and projects.
To be successful, the incumbent must be willing to learn multiple facets of the organization on the Business to Business side; become familiar with the financial process of Business to Customer and Manufacturing facility; possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English; comply with all Safety and Compass policies; and be ambitious, highly energetic, engaged and curious to learn, grow and win in the market.
Essential is a desire to learn and master multiple facets of the financial functions within our company, locally and internationally.
What We Ask
Knowledge and Experience
- Master degree, preferably in business administration, economics or finance followed by a CPA or controlling degree
- Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience in Finance/Controlling
- Consumer product company experience
- Operations / Financial / Commercial controlling experience
- Demonstrated technical skills with experience in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in management reporting, financial analysis, planning/forecasting and problem solving
- Excellent communication/influencing skills
- Networking skills
- Team player
- Strong stakeholder management
- Positive/critical mindset
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Results oriented, proactive and possesses a high level of integrity
