Spanish-speaking/ELL Volunteer Tutor

Hi Everyone,

We need your help!

Pandemic Professors is a volunteer-based 501c3 non-profit created in April 2020 to provide educational services to low-income K-12 students whose education was impacted by distance learning & COVID-19. We've learned that students and families LOVE our service, and spread the word in their own networks. We have also had several mission-driven organizations - from small community based organizations to national non-profits and large public school districts - ask to partner with us to help their students recover from this educational disaster. This means that we need your help more than ever!

We are in special need of tutors who are bilingual in English and Spanish and/or have training in special education and/or have training in culturally responsive education. We want to ensure each student we serve has their identity represented within our tutor pool, as they look up to tutors as positive mentor and educator figures.

As a tutor, you are the lifeblood of this organization and are the one delivering services. You will interact with families and help the student perform and learn! You will be able to tutor in subjects like Math, English/Language Arts, Coding, etc.

Apply as a tutor here (the application only takes a few minutes!): https://forms.gle/JzFJbVyoG5C6piS29
