• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering

• 10+ years of experience in software development.

• Must have proven experience in building solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform

• Must have proven experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Must have excellent negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills

• Must be a team player. Experience working with virtual teams in different time zones

 

• Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering

• Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certifications

• Provides guidance and support to development teams on technology and design best practices

• Creates and maintains conceptual and logical architecture designs for major programs

• Establishes and enforces coding standards, software design patterns, and optimization techniques to enable teams deliver high quality solutions in production.

• Analyze solution deployment and implementation methods to make sure they are in line with company policies and any external regulations that may apply, including any regulatory or internal security requirements

• Work with cross functional teams for requirements gathering for upcoming initiatives and prepare proof of concept designs and implementations accordingly

• Maintains accountability to Enterprise Architecture all technology and design decisions
