We are seeking a Project Manager for our growing, high-end, residential construction client located near Conway, NH. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned construction project manager or a project manager from a related industry or someone who has been a construction supervisor who wants to move into project management. 
 
Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising subcontractors and staff; estimating, managing budgets, and developing schedules.
 
Must have strong communication, time management, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and an eye for quality. Proficiency with MS Office, familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp and some project management software experience.
 
Minimum of an Associate’s degree and three years of project management experience is required. Construction industry experience is a strong plus. Industry specific training is available for the right person.
 
Competitive salary and benefits. Local candidates only. No relocation. This position could be partially remote; however, some time in the office and at client sites is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
